At Whitney Goldsmiths we have terms and conditions to follow when purchasing a new jewellery piece from us. We have provided this guide to help you the customer. Contact us for additional information. 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

UK free delivery on orders over £150.

Orders under £150 will be charged £4.95 for postage and packaging.

UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, this will require a signature. If no one is home to receive the parcel a card will be left and you can pick up the parcel from your local depot. International deliveries will be charged postage and packaging depending on the value of the item and destination.

International orders delivery time will vary depending on the destination, this will be normally be 30 days.
Please note that international delivery may incur additional duty/import charges that are out of our control. The recipient must pay these charges.

UK silver jewellery orders should arrive within 16 working days.

UK gold, engagement rings, wedding bands and commissioned jewellery orders vary depending on the piece, this will be normally be 30 days.

Please contact us if you require a specific date or require the item sooner and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that we only ship items to the address at which the card is registered.

PACKAGING

Beautifully packaged in our luxury black boxes with gold branding. If you would like to upgrade your packaging to include a luxury black gift box bag with gold branding this is an additional £9.50 and will be an option when you checkout.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

ALL JEWELLERY PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE SHOP

We hope that you will enjoy wearing your new Whitney jewellery piece, but if you wish to return an item that has been ordered online for exchange or refund you can do so within 14 days of purchase. The item of jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition free of any marks or scratches.

The shipping charges are non-refundable.

Jewellery that has been adjusted for a customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for ordering the correct ring size, If the ring size has been incorrectly ordered the ring will become non refundable. We will do our best to size the ring to the right size but this may not be possible.

We must have been contacted by phone or email prior to any return and authorisation given in writing with shipping method agreed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Jewellery ordered through our online shop will be fulfilled subject to availability. If an order is not available any money will be refunded to the purchaser.

Please note that many of our more expensive gold, engagement rings, wedding bands and commissions may not be available to purchase online and are only available in store.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
